The Camp

The camp runs daily workshops taught by experienced instructors.
The classes allow you to progress with all aspects of capoeira including ritual, acrobatics and music, taught with close guidance in a personal 'timeless' environment.

We aim to run 2 Capoeira classes a day, in the morning and evening depending on the days itinerary. Depending on how many people attend the camp classes will be separated into beginners and intermediate. One indoors, one outdoors running at the same time.

English is prodominatly spoken in the camp and classes will be tuaght in english or portuguese

The camp creates a fun communal unprofessional vibe and everyone is always willing to help out with day to day chores and the general running of the camp.
There is a roster system which everyone will be on to help with the washing up and the daily general cleaning at least once during the week.
Lunch and dinner are cooked for you. Breakfast is laid out as a buffet.

NOTE: All meals are vegetarian. We try to produce an all-round healthy balanced diet from local fresh veg, grains and as full as necessary with vegetable protein using beans, lentils, seitan, tofu etc.
If you have any questions about the food at the camp please get in touch - lidgley3@hotmail.com

Tents spots will be supplied in certain areas nearby the house for you to pitch your tents.

The camping at La Croce is reasonably comfortable but please be prepared to 'ruff it'!

You must bring your own tent and sleeping bag!
